The staff was the best about this hotel, especially the gentlemen at the fromt door , also the nice lady at the bar They were super professional, very friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you again

The staff is totally professional and helpful, the girls at the Hotel Bar are the best .. overall it is a great hotel to stay in Istanbul.

I made my reservation online through a third party, during the check in time the asked me 16 estra for breakfast and 15$ for room service for whcih they did not said anything during reservation

The hotel is in very convenient location just beside Metro station . A lot of small restaurants in walking distance.a little too far from visiting spots.

Room is little small than other 5 stars hotel , we stay 6 nights and there are 2 days they forgot to clean our room .

The location is really good, close to subway and everything. But no insulation at all. You hear all the honking and traffic from 9th floor

The rooms look outdated and so much noise from stanbul traffic, impossible to sleep even at 9th floor

Great room and very comfortable bed and pillows, slept like a baby!

Slow service in Baradox bar/restaurant where both times I had to go find staff chatting in the corner to get served and again to pay my bill. Not what I would expect in a 5 star hotel!

They have combined the rooms rates with the deposited amount ((guarantee amount)) instead of taking two transactions; I am following up for the last few days to get back my deposited amount…. I will never come back to this hotel with such financial procedures

Thumbs up for this hotel! It is located in a very convenient spot, with easy walking access to the metro, plenty of casual eateries, and shops. While the area outside is lively and busy, the atmosphere changes as one steps inside – calm and quiet, offering a nice contrast to the bustling surroundings.We really appreciated the peaceful environment in the hotel – no background music, which is rare to find, and the windows provided good insulation so we weren’t disturbed by noise from the street.The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious, simply and tastefully furnished in a way that felt both functional and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to those at the reception who made sure we had a smooth and enjoyable stay.The breakfast buffet was generous and varied, with something for everyone.

If I were to suggest any small improvements, it would be to include a few basic items in the room – like a fork, knife, spoon, and a small plate – which would have been useful. I also noticed that used glasses were taken away during cleaning but not replaced. That said, it wasn’t a big issue at all, as the staff brought us whatever we needed as soon as we asked. Their helpfulness really made up for it.

The hotel is lovely with really friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious. We were meeting with friends so this worked perfect for us. Although this isn’t quite in the center just around the corner is the metro which we used everyday to get to all the sights so it worked for us. The breakfast was really good with the friendly efficient staff. We also had access to the executive lounge which was very good, well worth using it. I would recommend the hotel for a good base for sightseeing Istanbul.

Location is good, right next to the metro so you can get to pretty much everywhere pretty easily. The hotel is nice, with modern furnishings. It is a business hotel but friendly.

I had a room overlooking the big highway which was nice at night but my windows somehow did not shut properly. So there was a bit of cold air, wind seeping through as well as car noise. I kept forgetting to ask housekeeping so I it is a bit my faut.

The bathrooms are slightly outdated and would benefit from a refurbishment.The room service food could be improved in terms of taste. It didn’t quite meet expectations, but the overall experience was still enjoyable. The chargeback process for the deposit takes longer than expected and could benefit from streamlining.
